Position Summary : The Residential In-Home Sales Consultant will be responsible for building rapport with customers and presenting options.
Ensuring that the customers' expectations are met and payment has been secured.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background and drug screen
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 2 years of sales experience
- Proficient in PC-based computer systems and software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time and activity management skills
- Professional appearance
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing opportunities / projects simultaneously
- Ability to walk / navigate construction sites and buildings, climb ladders, traverse roofs
- Residential load calculation experience preferred
